About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of internal ML automation projects: design, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Architect and configure LLM-powered workflows: prompt engineering, tool integrations, APIs, MCPs, RAGs, business rules, and knowledge sources.
- Integrate agentic AI with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, documentation platforms, GitLab/Perforce, bug trackers, and Unreal Engine via APIs/MCPs.
- Build and operate scalable Python services and cloud infrastructure (GCP); design data workflows and serverless components.
- Define and enforce testing, evaluation, observability, security, and documentation practices for ML systems.
- Prototype emerging AI/ML techniques and translate research ideas into production-ready solutions.

Requirements:
- 7+ years professional Python development experience (services, APIs, integrations, data workflows).
- 2+ years practical experience with GCP; other cloud experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications: prompt engineering, agentic workflows, RAG, knowledge/context engineering.
- Demonstrated API and third-party automation tool integrations and experience with software architecture for scale and reliability.
- Strong ownership, ability to solve ambiguous problems, and excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
- Curious, research-oriented mindset with experience shipping maintainable production systems.
