Responsibilities:
- Research and prototype modern neural network architectures (transformers, CNNs, RNNs) for target hardware.
- Optimize models for efficient hardware execution using quantization, pruning and compression techniques.
- Analyze model performance and efficiency; profile and tune for latency, throughput and memory constraints.
- Work with AI frameworks close to the hardware layer and support production model deployment and inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to integrate models into systems and maintain accuracy/performance.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures (transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and model optimization techniques.
- Practical experience with PyTorch, model performance analysis and deployment tooling.
- Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices for production models.
- Experience or interest in quantization, pruning, compression and hardware‑aware tuning.
- Strong problem solving, communication skills and English at C1 level.
- Valuable extras: RISC‑V, MLIR, ONNX Runtime, CUDA/ROCm, TensorRT, OpenXLA/TVM/IREE, Triton/DeepSpeed or pybind11.
