About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy production-grade AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agentic components) for internal and customer-facing products.
- Define AI workflows: orchestration, tools, memory, retrieval, prompt/version control and guardrails for safe behaviour.
- Integrate models with data platforms, CRM and internal tools via APIs; ensure scalable, secure system architecture.
- Implement monitoring, observability and evaluation pipelines to measure performance, cost and user impact.
- Drive adoption: collaborate with product, engineering and operations to validate use cases and measure ROI.
- Ensure security, governance and compliance best practices are applied to AI deployments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering AI-native products in production, including LLMs, RAG or agent systems.
- Strong engineering skills (Python, model infra, orchestration) and experience integrating with APIs and data platforms.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, observability, model/versioning and cost/latency optimisation.
- Good cross-functional communication skills and experience working with product, data and security teams.
- Comfortable working in SaaS/commerce contexts and able to drive pragmatic production decisions.
- Fluent in engineering best practices: testing, documentation, runbooks and operational monitoring.
