Responsibilities:
- Design, build and evolve the internal developer platform on AWS, focusing on scalability, reliability and developer experience.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate provisioning through CI/CD (e.g., Spacelift).
- Own and improve core platform components to enable teams to build, deploy and operate services autonomously.
- Review pull requests, share best practices, and raise engineering standards across the platform team.
- Evaluate and introduce AWS services, cloud-native patterns and tools where they add clear value.
- Define and enforce security, compliance guardrails and resilience patterns for the platform.
- Work with product teams to remove workflow bottlenecks and translate requirements into platform solutions.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience operating large-scale AWS environments across compute, storage, networking and security domains.
- Deep experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Spacelift is a plus.
- Strong automation skills and platform engineering experience (internal developer platforms desirable).
- Clear sense of end-to-end ownership, plus the ability to drive complex topics to completion.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset.
- Systems/product mindset with a focus on internal users and developer experience.
- Comfortable making engineering trade-offs balancing quality, speed and maintainability.
