Responsibilities:
- Create and run test plans for backend services: API endpoints, data flows and integrations.
- Validate REST API behavior and performance with Postman/Swagger and automated checks.
- Test database queries, migrations and data integrity in PostgreSQL or similar systems.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Review PRs for test coverage, edge cases and reliability issues.
- Record and manage defects, test cases and results using TestRail or comparable tools.
- Work with engineers and product owners to raise quality standards and reduce regressions.

Requirements:
- ~2–3 years of experience in backend testing, QA or development-in-test.
- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript in backend contexts.
- Strong SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge and hands-on database validation experience.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and test management platforms.
- Practical experience writing automated tests and integrating them into CI workflows.
- Clear communication, attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
