Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Flutter teams and manage team leads to deliver high-quality mobile products.
- Define and own mobile engineering strategy, architecture, and roadmap across iOS and Android.
- Drive release management and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and mobile testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E).
- Monitor app health: crashes, ANR, responsiveness, performance and implement improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to meet milestones.
- Mentor engineering leads, support hiring and organizational scaling, and promote operational excellence.

Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Flutter and solid understanding of iOS and Android platform specifics.
- Proven experience managing 3+ engineering teams and multiple team leads.
- Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD, release processes, and App Store / Google Play compliance.
- Deep knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns, testing strategy, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to make architectural trade-offs for cross-platform development and cost/velocity considerations.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and mentoring skills.
