Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a mainly backend Integration & Tooling team (~10 people), ensuring on-time delivery aligned with OKRs.
- Oversee development and maintenance of the Player Account Management integrations and tooling, with a focus on scalability and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Domain Architect to drive architectural changes and platform improvements.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members; run workshops, retrospectives and growth-focused 1:1s.
- Promote a culture of transparency, trust and continuous improvement to sustain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- At least 5+ years as an engineer and 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong background in agile software development and coaching teams (facilitating retrospectives, workshops).
- Experience with scalable, highly concurrent and fault-tolerant backend systems.
- Familiarity with Java/Kotlin and developer tools like JIRA; experience with integrations and platform development.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication skills and ability to guide teams through change and risk.
- Nice to have: iGaming experience and direct exposure to the listed tech stack.
