Responsibilities:
- Build, lead and grow an engineering team focused on agentic AI and workflow orchestration.
- Coach and mentor engineers, establish career development plans and foster a high‑performance culture.
- Define technical direction for LLM integrations, agentic workflows, tool usage and evaluation frameworks.
- Promote experimentation and rapid iteration on prompts, workflow logic and reliability improvements.
- Partner with Product and Design to set success metrics, production guardrails and observability requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven first‑line engineering management experience, ideally in AI, LLMs, workflow orchestration or automation platforms.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, APIs, observability and production reliability.
- Hands‑on experience building reliable, scalable agentic or orchestration systems in production.
- Track record of hiring, mentoring and delivering results in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for remote, cross‑functional teams.
