Engineering Manager (Team Lead) - Back Office & Integrations at C Teleport

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Back Office & Integrations squad: set technical direction, design systems and deliver reliable integration solutions.
- Stay hands-on: write and review production code, run design reviews and keep deep system knowledge.
- Own delivery outcomes: partner with the Product Owner to shape the roadmap, break work into MVPs and ensure production follow-through.
- Build and grow the team: hire, run 1:1s, give direct feedback, define growth paths and manage performance end-to-end.
- Maintain production stability: challenge estimates, surface risks early, enforce SLAs, reduce technical debt and evaluate new tech with Architects.

Requirements:
- Significant recent software engineering experience (7+ years) with deep .NET/C# expertise and modern backend patterns.
- At least 2 years of full-scope people management (hiring, performance management, coaching and difficult conversations).
- Experience with integrations, microservices, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker and AWS; familiarity with event sourcing/CQRS/TDD/DDD preferred.
- Strong delivery focus, stakeholder management skills and ability to guarantee trustworthy integration behaviour for other teams.
- Based in the Netherlands and comfortable working from the Rotterdam office multiple days per week.
