ERP Product Manager at FxPro

Responsibilities:
- Own discovery, prioritization, and roadmap for the internal ERP platform used by Ops, Support, Accounting and Back Office
- Collect, structure and evaluate requests from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear problems and initiatives
- Prioritize work based on business impact, user pain, operational efficiency and implementation complexity
- Run interviews, workflow analysis and discovery sessions with internal users to validate needs
- Drive automation and process improvements for repetitive operational tasks
- Ensure internal teams have required data, workflows and controls when new customer-facing features launch
- Partner with Delivery during implementation while retaining product ownership and expected outcomes

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, preferably with internal enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
- Strong discovery and stakeholder-management skills; experience structuring complex backlogs
- Ability to identify root causes and propose pragmatic, impact-driven solutions
- Experience working closely with Operations, Business Development and Support teams
- Data-driven decision making, good communication and facilitation skills
- Comfortable prioritizing and challenging requests to maximize value
