Responsibilities:
- Design, iterate, and implement frontend features for an RLOps platform using TypeScript and React.
- Build performant, accessible, and robust UI components and a scalable design system.
- Surface complex, real-time AI workloads (streaming inference, live training feedback) in intuitive interfaces.
- Define and document frontend processes to reduce uncertainty and improve delivery predictability.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and technical staff; contribute to the product roadmap.
- Communicate progress clearly, favoring asynchronous written updates for distributed collaboration.

Requirements:
- Several years of frontend or frontend-leaning full-stack experience with a track record of shipping polished products.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript and modern frontend tooling and patterns.
- Deep focus on performance, accessibility, and UI robustness for production systems.
- Comfortable building UX for real-time, high-throughput AI features and designing reusable abstractions.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work closely in a small, highly technical team (this role is in-person in Paris).
