Responsibilities:
- Maintain and scale Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and production workloads.
- Operate and optimise AWS (and some GCP) cloud environments for reliability, cost and velocity.
- Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions on self-hosted runners) and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Improve observability and alerting using Datadog; enable teams to monitor production systems effectively.
- Drive FinOps practices: cost allocation, vendor management and financial feedback loops.
- Build internal tooling, automation and reporting to improve developer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Deep hands-on DevOps/SRE/platform engineering experience in SaaS or high-traffic product environments.
- Strong Kubernetes experience (spinning up and managing clusters) and proven AWS and/or GCP expertise.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, Linux and Python scripting.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD design patterns and observability tools (Datadog or equivalent).
- Autonomous, pragmatic problem-solver with strong written communication for remote collaboration.
- Bonus: familiarity with Temporal.io or some frontend/tooling experience (React, Node.js).
