Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development and maintenance of enterprise-grade backend services using Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot.
- Define and enforce architecture, coding standards and best practices; conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices; ensure scalability, resilience and security.
- Integrate services with messaging/event systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and external/internal APIs.
- Work with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Participate in architecture and solution planning, identify technical risks and address performance bottlenecks.
- Support release planning, deployments, incident response and collaboration with stakeholders (Product, QA, Architects).

Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on Java development with deep Spring Boot and microservices experience.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
- Practical knowledge of messaging/event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with Terraform or other IaC, monitoring/observability tools and performance tuning.
- Proven leadership/mentoring experience and strong communication skills; experience in agile delivery contexts.
