Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure for large-scale GPU simulation and ASIC/hardware verification environments.
- Build automation tooling and agentic/LLM-driven helpers (e.g., LangChain/AutoGen workflows) to streamline DV processes.
- Integrate and optimize job scheduling and compute resources (IBM LSF, cluster resource planning) to improve simulation throughput and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with DV engineers, CAD, IT, and compute teams to troubleshoot failures, onboard tests, and improve CI/CD for verification.
- Monitor and harden simulation environments for reliability, scalability, and observability; provide user training and documentation.

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Science and 0–4 years relevant experience (graduate/junior level preferred).
- Strong Python skills (OOP, scripting, automation) and practical experience building tooling.
- Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or similar) and applying them to developer workflows.
- Experience or exposure to verification tools: IBM LSF, Synopsys VCS, Cadence Incisive, Mentor Questa, and simulation workflows.
- Knowledge of hardware verification concepts (SystemVerilog preferred), CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Airflow, FlowTracer), and compute/storage planning.
- Good communicator, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn SoC verification methodologies and large-scale simulation operations.
