Responsibilities:
- Operate and administer Jenkins as a production CI service: manage jobs, pipelines, plugins, updates and agent/node lifecycle.
- Ensure availability, stability and scalability of CI systems supporting large-scale ML verification and distributed test environments.
- Triage failures and perform root-cause analysis; coordinate fixes with engineering teams to restore reliable CI signal.
- Assist with capacity planning and resource utilization for Jenkins agents and infrastructure.
- Build automation and tooling to reduce manual operations, improve repeatability and accelerate recovery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support CI/CD workflows, improve pipeline stability and document operational procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD or related software engineering roles.
- Hands-on Jenkins administration experience (pipeline/job configuration, plugin management, system updates).
- Strong Linux skills and ability to troubleshoot system-level issues.
- Familiarity with Git and scripting (Python or shell) for automation tasks.
- Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills; awareness of monitoring and reliability best practices.
- Preferred: experience operating CI at scale, knowledge of infrastructure (compute/storage/networking) and any ASIC/verification background.
