Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a robust, cost-effective test automation strategy for low-latency trading products.
- Drive MCP-focused AI/ML testing: research, prototype and implement adaptive Playwright (Python) test suites that reduce maintenance.
- Lead, mentor and grow the automation team; promote strong code quality and system-level understanding.
- Ensure QA input in architecture/design reviews to improve system testability across microservices.
- Build and own scalable automation frameworks covering API, UI, Database and Mobile layers.
- Define performance/load testing plans (k6, Locust), report findings and recommend system optimizations.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and work closely with DevOps to enforce testing gates.

Requirements:
- 7+ years in QA automation with 2+ years in leadership or senior mentorship, ideally in FinTech/financial platforms.
- Strong programming and design skills (Python, Java or JavaScript) and solid automation patterns knowledge.
- Experience with Playwright, API/UI/DB testing and mobile testing strategies.
- Demonstrated performance testing experience (k6, Locust) and low-latency analysis.
- Proven experience integrating automation into CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Track record of designing maintainable frameworks and partnering with engineering and product teams.
