Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team: run weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, resource planning and operational meetings.
- Drive technical alignment across teams, set architecture and compliance/security standards.
- Own product development execution: translate PRDs with Product Managers into technical plans, tasks and deliveries.
- Coach and mentor developers; raise team capability through pair-programming, code reviews and career development.
- Improve engineering processes: CI/CD, testing, release practices, and developer tooling—champion AI-assisted development where appropriate.
- Deliver high-quality full-stack features using PHP, JS/TS and Vue; own deployments, monitoring and incident response.

Requirements:
- Proven software development experience with PHP and frontend stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js) and microservices.
- Experience with AWS, MySQL, Docker, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
- Prior people-management or tech-lead experience, comfortable handling HR matters and performance coaching.
- Strong system design, debugging and delivery skills; ability to write and review clean, maintainable code.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development (agents/skills) and willingness to lead adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset and ability to prioritize across product and engineering needs.
