Responsibilities:
- Train, debug and improve computer vision and 3D perception models for ADAS (detection, classification, instance segmentation).
- Own stages of the ML lifecycle: data collection, training, evaluation, iteration and deployment decisions.
- Build and scale data pipelines including auto-labelling / pseudo-labelling, tracking and 3D reconstruction to generate training datasets.
- Evaluate model performance with clear metrics and collaborate with product/engineering to prioritise fixes.
- Focus on either online (low-latency in-car) or offline (large-scale data generation) models depending on strengths.
Requirements:
- Experience shipping applied CV deep learning systems (not research-only) with hands-on ML engineering skills.
- Familiarity with 3D perception concepts: LiDAR, multi-view geometry, tracking, 3D reconstruction or similar.
- Strong programming skills (Python) and experience with ML frameworks, data pipelines and tooling for model training/evaluation.
- Ability to own tasks end-to-end, design experiments, and iterate based on quantitative signals.
- Good communication, pragmatic problem-solving and willingness to work under real product constraints.
