Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve CV and 3D perception models for ADAS (detection, classification, instance segmentation).
- Manage the ML lifecycle: dataset creation, auto-/pseudo-labelling, training, evaluation and iteration.
- Build offline pipelines (tracking, 3D reconstruction) to back-propagate labels and scale high-quality datasets.
- Optimise models for online (in-car) constraints when required and collaborate with system engineers to deploy solutions.
- Measure model performance, identify failure modes and drive data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of applied ML engineering experience with production CV systems; evidence of shipped models.
- Experience with PyTorch (or equivalent), Python and ML tooling; strong engineering and system design skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of 3D perception: LiDAR, multi-view geometry, tracking and 3D reconstruction.
- Practical experience building data pipelines, auto-labelling workflows and scalable dataset generation.
- Pragmatic, impact-focused mindset and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
