Responsibilities:
- Own Cloud Services features end-to-end: spec, implementation, tests, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Translate business/technical needs into precise, testable specifications and identify dependencies and risks early.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code, configuration management (Ansible/Puppet), and automation pipelines.
- Verify changes with robust testing and observability; stay close to production and participate in on-call rotation.
- Use AI-assisted tooling responsibly: specify expected behavior and validate generated code for security and operability.
- Collaborate with product, security, and site reliability teams to ensure secure, high-availability services (CDN/WAF/SSL/email/EADN).
- Produce clear documentation, runbooks, and incident reports to support predictable delivery and operational readiness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in cloud infrastructure, Linux server administration, and production operations.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet) and infrastructure automation.
- Strong testing, monitoring, and observability skills; familiarity with CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Experience troubleshooting incidents, on-call responsibility, and clear incident communication.
- Knowledge of CDN, WAF, SSL, email delivery systems, and cloud security practices.
- Excellent written communication to align distributed teams and document operational decisions.
- Comfort working with AI-generated artifacts while owning verification and security of delivered code.
