Responsibilities:
- Act as the most senior individual contributor in Product, aligning and connecting the company’s highest-priority strategic bets.
- Frame high-stakes, ambiguous product decisions and provide clear recommendations when data is inconclusive.
- Partner with the VP of Product to set company-level product direction and ensure initiatives reinforce each other.
- Surface cross-team risks and opportunities, and synthesize trade-offs across multiple product areas.
- Dive deep on critical flows or inflection points to pressure-test strategies and drive implementation where it matters most.
- Raise product thinking across the org through mentorship, examples and consistent best practices.

Requirements:
- Extensive senior product experience (typically 10+ years) with a track record of driving measurable outcomes across growth, retention or revenue.
- Experience with mobile-first consumer products and subscription/freemium business models at scale.
- History of navigating major product inflection points (repositioning, scaling, rethinking value propositions).
- Strong influencing skills: ability to lead without direct authority and lift the performance of other teams.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to engage broad and senior audiences.
- Strong analytical instincts, UX sensibility and experience balancing qualitative insight with data-driven trade-offs.
