About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, run and analyze A/B tests for CRM campaigns; set hypotheses, define metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze customer and partner data to identify trends, drivers of retention and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRM and broader marketing teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytics tasks.
- Maintain and monitor data processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and readiness for reporting and experiments.
- Build dashboards, reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Apply predictive modeling and forecasting where appropriate to inform campaign strategy and monetization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related) and 4+ years in data analytics with strong A/B testing experience.
- Proficient in Python and advanced SQL (complex queries, analytic/window functions).
- Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and ability to communicate statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong visualization and reporting skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Upper-intermediate English, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
