Product Engineer - Front End at Neno Technology

Responsibilities:
- Own the frontend product surface where customers interact with AI: review queues, confidence cues, match-confirmation and approval flows.
- Design interfaces that make non-deterministic AI pipelines understandable, explainable, and trustworthy for users.
- Build bill/invoice creators, supplier pickers, GL/VAT selectors, and other domain-specific UI with strong state management.
- Own frontend architecture: state management, data layer, design system, and performance/accuracy considerations.
- Collaborate closely with VP Engineering, AI engineers, product builders, and domain experts to ship end-to-end experiences.
- Prioritize accuracy, speed, and reliability; instrument and iterate based on user behavior and error patterns.

Requirements:
- Product-minded frontend engineer with demonstrable shipped work in React and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with state management, data fetching layers (GraphQL, tRPC, or similar), and design systems.
- Experience building UIs for human-in-the-loop or AI-assisted workflows where trust and explainability matter.
- Attention to edge cases, data models, and UX for review/approval processes; not just visual polish.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted developer tools and working in an AI-native product environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to iterate rapidly in a high-ownership, cross-functional team.
