Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the design system and UX patterns used across the product.
- Build interfaces that connect users with AI agents and data sources, focusing on clarity and trust.
- Design and implement workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on AI outputs, including exception handling and audit trails.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders; translate findings into product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and ML teams to iterate quickly and maintain high UX quality.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years of frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS; experience evolving design systems for complex apps.
- Proven experience building workflow-driven interfaces that include human review, approvals, or exception handling.
- Practical familiarity with AI/ML or LLM product features and designing trustworthy user interactions.
- Experience running user research and applying insights to product decisions; private-markets or fintech domain is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a small team, iterating rapidly, and shipping high-quality front-end experiences on-site in Berlin.
