Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product features for AI voice and agent systems, working directly on customer-facing problems.
- Build tools for configuring agents, troubleshooting issues, and integrating external systems.
- Develop and optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, and high-quality interactions.
- Extend agents across calls, messaging, and email while maintaining shared memory and state.
- Design memory systems to help agents reason across full customer journeys.
- Improve observability and tracing to make agent behavior and failures easy to diagnose.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customers to prioritize impact and iterate quickly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years building and owning production product features across frontend and backend.
- Production experience with Python/FastAPI or TypeScript for backend and React for frontend development.
- Experience with real-time audio/voice infrastructure, LLM-based agents, or complex asynchronous/event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis (or similar stores), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration, scheduling, and observability tools is valuable.
- Strong product sense, software fundamentals, and a bias toward action and measurable business impact.
