Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle for AI capabilities used across the bank: discovery, delivery, monitoring and iteration.
- Define roadmaps aligned with senior leadership and drive high-impact use cases (operations, fraud/FinCrime, personalised experiences).
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and business stakeholders to specify model goals, evaluation metrics and deployment requirements.
- Create reusable blueprints, toolkits and governance patterns to enable safe AI adoption by other teams.
- Ensure models meet security, reliability and regulatory requirements for production banking systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Product Manager in tech, with experience shipping AI/ML products or features.
- Strong grasp of AI fundamentals and practical distinctions between LLMs and traditional ML approaches.
- Comfortable defining and tracking KPIs for model performance and business outcomes; data-driven decision maker.
- Proven experience working in Agile cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services or regulatory environments is advantageous.
