Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend services for the Incentives team.
- Manage individual priorities and deliverables within an agile team; contribute to planning and estimation.
- Share knowledge through docs, demos, and team learning sessions; contribute ideas during GSDD.
- Ensure code quality via tests, reviews, and documentation; follow secure development practices.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional partners to deliver customer-focused features.

Requirements:
- Experience developing production systems with a JVM language and Spring Boot (Kotlin a plus).
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and service decomposition.
- Familiarity with relational (Postgres) and non-relational databases and cloud architectures (preferably AWS).
- Commitment to well-tested, well-documented code; security-minded and delivery-focused.
- Good communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to give/receive feedback.
