Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives from discovery to production.
- Align roadmap with senior product leadership while owning specific workstreams and KPIs.
- Identify high-impact use cases (operations, FinCrime, marketing) and measure business value.
- Partner closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to define requirements, evaluation metrics and deployment plans.
- Create reusable blueprints, toolkits and guardrails to enable other product teams to adopt AI safely.
- Balance innovation with security, reliability and regulatory constraints in a banking environment.

Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Product Manager in tech, with a proven track record shipping AI or ML-powered products.
- Strong technical literacy in AI fundamentals (when to use LLMs vs traditional ML) and comfort defining model KPIs.
- Data-driven: experience working with datasets, experiments and performance metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management in cross-functional and Agile settings; strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners.
- Experience in financial services or regulatory contexts is a plus.
