Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable backend microservices using Golang for high-throughput payment systems.
- Implement and optimize data storage and caching (PostgreSQL, Redis) for performance and reliability.
- Integrate and maintain third‑party APIs and payment provider integrations.
- Contribute to API design, observability, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and Kubernetes deployments.
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews and maintain clean, maintainable code.
- Diagnose production issues, tune performance, and improve system resilience.

Requirements:
- 5+ years backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years using Golang in production.
- Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP and GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience integrating third‑party APIs and contributing to product-focused development.
- Strong emphasis on testable, maintainable code and automated testing.
- Proactive, independent worker with good communication skills in English (B2+).
- Familiarity with microservices patterns, observability and performance tuning.
