Responsibilities:
- Design, train and iterate multimodal ML and Generative AI models to reduce claims cost and speed processing (emails, documents, summaries).
- Develop models for claims automation: negotiation, litigation strategy, total loss prediction and fraud signals.
- Prototype and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate claims workflows and decisioning.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Operations to turn hypotheses into production-ready features.
- Work with MLOps to deploy, monitor and maintain models; define evaluation and feedback loops.
- Explore new data sources (open banking, telematics, external signals) and assess uplift.
- Set standards for experimentation, measurement and communicating impact/uncertainty to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building and shipping ML/AI systems with production deployment experience.
- Strong foundation in statistical modelling, ML, Generative and multimodal approaches.
- Practical MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, evaluation and retraining pipelines.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data, model performance trade-offs and risk-based decisioning.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, communicate trade-offs and challenge technical proposals.
- Product-minded, system-level thinker with emphasis on scalable, robust solutions.
