Responsibilities:
- Design and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS to support internal PaaS-hosted banking applications.
- Build and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, Kargo) and container orchestration on EKS.
- Implement IaC solutions (Terraform, Crossplane or CloudFormation) and automate deployment lifecycles.
- Monitor application health and infrastructure performance with Grafana, OpenSearch and CloudWatch; create alerts and runbooks.
- Drive security and compliance: access management, policies and secure deployment practices.
- Work in Agile teams: create user stories, participate in sprint planning and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of DevOps/SRE experience in production environments with strong AWS and Kubernetes skills.
- Practical experience with Docker, EKS and GitOps tooling (Argo CD) plus deployment automation (Kargo preferred).
- Solid knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation/Crossplane) and CI/CD pipeline best practices.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, OpenSearch, CloudWatch) and cloud security standards.
- Clear communicator in English; German and other CEE languages are advantageous.
