Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a reusable self-service cloud "golden path" using Terraform and automation
- Build reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components for account onboarding, workload deployment, and connectivity
- Integrate security, networking, governance, compliance, and operational controls into the platform experience
- Define and improve the developer and platform team experience for consuming the golden path
- Establish controlled CI/CD processes for building, testing, releasing, and promoting platform code across environments
- Create clear, maintainable documentation and a support model for reusable Terraform components
- Validate the golden path with a pilot application and iterate based on results
- Collaborate with technical teams and external consultants across multiple projects and timelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- 1+ year hands-on experience with AWS
- Strong practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code patterns
- Proven experience with automation, CI/CD tooling and Git-based workflows
- Platform Engineering experience is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of cloud security (especially AWS IAM) and AWS networking (VPCs, routing, connectivity)
- Familiarity with governance and compliance in cloud environments
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills; fluent English (B2+); French is a plus
- Autonomous, well-organized, able to prioritize across multiple projects; availability to start immediately or within ~2 weeks preferred
