Responsibilities:
- Own design, implementation, and evolution of high-traffic iOS apps (4–5 stars, 10M+ monthly visits) using Swift 6 and iOS 17+.
- Architect modular, scalable, high-performance features and drive migration to TCA-based feature modules.
- Implement and improve CI/CD, automated testing, and release pipelines (fastlane, GitHub Actions).
- Mentor engineers, enforce code quality through reviews and best practices, and foster cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with backend teams; integrate Spring Boot/Kotlin services on AWS with container tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Define and measure reliability, performance, and user-centric release quality.

Requirements:
- 8+ years building and shipping large-scale iOS apps.
- Deep expertise in Swift 6, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, async/await, and Swift Concurrency.
- Practical experience with The Composable Architecture (TCA) or similar unidirectional architectures and modular feature design.
- Experience with Swift Package Manager, creating clear module boundaries, and testable code structures.
- Familiar with fastlane, GitHub Actions, TDD, and automating testing/deployment workflows.
- Interest or experience in backend technologies (Spring Boot/Kotlin, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong communicator, collaborative mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
