Responsibilities:
- Lead design, build and delivery of production-grade AI/ML solutions (classical ML and generative AI) end-to-end.
- Create and maintain AI pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and automated retraining.
- Apply MLOps best practices: CI/CD for models, versioning, monitoring, rollback and scaling.
- Define solution architectures aligned to client needs; evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (LLMs, vector DBs) where appropriate.
- Engage with clients: run technical workshops, translate business problems into technical scope, and advise on feasibility and trade-offs.
- Embed Responsible AI: explainability, bias mitigation, auditability and compliance with data protection (e.g., GDPR).
- Mentor AI engineers, set engineering standards, and contribute to reusable accelerators and delivery playbooks.

Requirements:
- Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python and experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Proven track record delivering production AI/ML systems and implementing MLOps practices on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, performance tuning and CI/CD for models in live environments.
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Significant experience (senior/lead level) in AI engineering, with mentoring and technical leadership responsibilities.
