Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end 0-to-1 product development: discovery, design, prototyping, launch and iteration.
- Define product scope, success metrics and experiments; run and evaluate experiments rapidly.
- Engage with users, support and data teams to validate real problems and prioritise solutions.
- Prototype quickly using AI tools (LLMs, agents, Copilot), scripts or no-code to validate hypotheses.
- Partner closely with engineering to assess architecture, unblock technical trade-offs and review approaches.
- Produce concise, technical product specs and take actionable steps to productionise winning ideas.
- Maintain hands-on involvement: write queries, inspect data pipelines and contribute code when appropriate.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years in product management, product engineering or a similar, technically hands-on role.
- Comfortable coding in at least one language (Python preferred), using git and working with databases.
- Demonstrated experience shipping products from concept to live with measurable user impact.
- AI-native workflow: regularly use LLMs, agents and AI tools to accelerate prototyping and validation.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to make decisions with incomplete data.
- Clear communicator in English with experience writing technical specs engineers respect.
- Self-motivated, outcome-oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
- Nice-to-have: experience in fintech/regulation, early-stage startups, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering or product analytics.
