Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned crypto product areas: discovery, definition, launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate crypto strategy into a prioritized, executable roadmap balancing commercial impact, regulatory obligations and platform reliability.
- Evaluate, select and integrate third-party partners (exchanges, custodians, liquidity providers, payment processors).
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure AML/KYT, Travel Rule and jurisdictional requirements are implemented.
- Produce clear technical requirements and specifications (Jira/Confluence); manage the agile backlog and sprint delivery.
- Track post-launch metrics (adoption, transactions, costs, client satisfaction) and drive data-informed product iterations.
- Mentor other Product Managers and help raise product management standards across the team.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' product management experience with at least 2 years owning crypto or digital asset products at an exchange, broker, wallet or regulated provider.
- Strong understanding of crypto product landscape: custody, wallets, spot/derivatives trading, staking and liquidity mechanics.
- Solid knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (networks, stablecoins, transaction models, fees) and operational implications.
- Experience with third-party crypto infrastructure and working knowledge of crypto-specific compliance (AML/KYT, Travel Rule, MiCA awareness).
- Experience in regulated fintech, brokerage or exchange environments and strong stakeholder communication skills up to executive level.
