BI Data Analyst at HFM

Responsibilities:
- Clean, process and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support reporting and ML initiatives.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and key business metrics.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, SSAS models and DAX measures for stakeholders.
- Develop and document ETL flows, data models and technical BI artefacts; ensure data quality.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and present results to business teams.
- Provide user support and training on BI tools; enforce data governance, access and privacy rules.

Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling, data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX and experience with SSAS for OLAP modelling.
- Experience in financial services or brokerage environments preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; fluent English.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5), real-time trading data, Python for analysis and cloud data solutions (Microsoft Fabric).
