Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and design test strategies for complex backend and full-stack systems
- Execute manual and automated functional, performance, stress and sanity tests
- Create and maintain automated test suites in Java and integrate with CI pipelines
- Develop and maintain test cases and traceability in Allure TestOps; report testing metrics
- Identify, track and drive resolution of defects with clear root-cause analysis
- Maintain and troubleshoot test environments (Linux CLI) and validate backend data with SQL
- Test integrations over TCP/socket protocols (WebSocket, gRPC) and async/event-driven flows
- Collaborate with product and engineering on test coverage, code reviews and QA improvements

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with backend-focused experience
- 2+ years troubleshooting Java applications and using Java for test automation
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and test design techniques
- Experience with Allure TestOps and maintaining traceability to requirements
- Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architecture and message brokers
- Experience testing TCP/socket integrations (WebSocket, gRPC)
- Proficient with SQL and Linux for debugging and environment maintenance
- Strong analytical, communication skills; English (B1+) and Russian desirable
- Bonus: familiarity with FIX, PostgreSQL/ClickHouse, Kafka, Redis and Forex/trading platforms
