Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and system tests for Core Banking and Payments platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Python (PyTest) and browser automation tools (Cypress, Playwright).
- Create test plans, cases, scenarios, and test data for new features and releases.
- Perform API and backend testing, validate transaction flows, and verify data integrity.
- Analyse logs, reproduce issues, report defects with clear evidence, and track remediation.
- Participate early in refinement and collaborate with engineering and product teams to prevent regressions and improve quality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of QA automation experience with strong hands-on skills in Python and PyTest.
- Practical experience with Cypress and/or Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Solid experience in API/backend testing and validating payment/transaction processing flows.
- Strong debugging skills, comfort working with logs and system traces.
- Ability to design maintainable test cases and contribute to QA processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator able to work remotely or on-site (location-specific arrangements apply).
