About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own product vision and roadmap for client-facing internal tools: contract fulfillment, campaign management and tracking.
- Run continuous discovery with clients and internal users to surface workflows, pain points and priorities.
- Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Define and track success metrics; run experiments and iterate based on outcomes.
- Align stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Engineering and Data to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support technical solutioning and work closely with engineers on integrations (tracking, ad delivery, inventory).

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in agile environments, owning a product area end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to prioritise competing requests.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with metrics, dashboards and basic data analysis.
- Experience developing internal tooling or platforms that serve operations or client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with inventory management, ad delivery, campaign operations or tracking integrations is a plus.
- Pragmatic, goal-oriented and able to break complex problems into actionable pieces.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and vision for internal tools focusing on contract fulfillment, campaign management, and tracking. Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping to shipping and measuring outcomes for retail partners.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in agile product management with a track record of owning product areas end-to-end. Candidates should be data-driven, tech-savvy, and experienced in developing internal tools, with a preference for knowledge in ad delivery or inventory management.
