Senior Python Developer at TradingView

Responsibilities:
- Break apart monolith components and design scalable microservices using Django and DRF.
- Implement high-performance backend features to support millions of concurrent users.
- Design service architectures, choose data processing and messaging solutions, and ensure security and resilience.
- Monitor, profile and optimise service performance; implement load balancing and observability (metrics/logs/tracing).
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams on deployment, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and cross-datacenter operation.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and knowledge sharing across the engineering organisation.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong, hands-on Python (2+ years active use).
- Practical experience with Django and Django REST Framework and designing scalable web services.
- Good grasp of algorithms, data structures and system design for high-load environments.
- Experience with containerised infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with databases, messaging systems and monitoring tools; ability to diagnose performance issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-growing, product-focused team.
