Responsibilities:
- Lead accessibility efforts across the product: baseline audits, prioritize remediation, and measure Design System coverage.
- Ship technical fixes and coordinate cross-team remediation with Product, Design, Legal and external auditors.
- Integrate accessibility checks into CI/CD and Design System workflows; monitor production accessibility metrics.
- Run user testing with assistive tech and translate findings into product decisions.
- Design and operate AI-assisted tooling to scale audits and remediation while keeping human-in-the-loop safeguards.
- Educate and enable teams through documentation, training and accessibility champions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years as a software engineer, with 3+ years at senior/lead level.
- Proven impact improving accessibility for large web applications (measurable outcomes preferred).
- Strong frontend expertise: React and TypeScript; experience with Storybook, axe-core/pa11y and E2E tools (Playwright/Cypress).
- Solid knowledge of WCAG and practical experience embedding accessibility into CI and Design Systems.
- Experience applying LLM/AI tooling to audits/remediation is a strong plus.
- Excellent cross-org communication skills and experience running user tests with assistive technologies.
