Responsibilities:
- Own key accounts end-to-end: technical scoping, implementation, rollout and post-launch support.
- Spend time onsite with inspectors and client teams to understand workflows and tailor solutions.
- Run project plans: manage timelines, blockers, deliverables and stakeholders.
- Configure and build rollout components: workflows, integrations, data structures and tooling.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, building trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable client-facing and onsite work.
- Strong project management instincts and ability to run rollouts end-to-end.
- Comfortable configuring workflows, integrating systems, and making pragmatic technical trade-offs.
- Agentic, results-oriented mindset and willingness to work in-person from the Farringdon office and onsite with clients.
