About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, implementation and verification of software subsystems and components (driver control, algorithms, UI/HMI).
- Write efficient, maintainable C++, C and Python code with strong focus on correctness and testability.
- Drive architecture decisions, explore solution approaches and ensure maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and clients in an agile environment.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers and raise team engineering standards.
- Contribute to system integration, unit testing and verification activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or related technical field.
- Minimum ~5 years' experience developing software with C++, C and Python in high-tech or embedded domains.
- Solid understanding of OOP, UML, unit testing and software architecture principles.
- Experience with embedded systems, real-time constraints or control software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across international, multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
