Software Engineer, Agentic Development at Centuro Global

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain the agentic development harness: context pipelines, tool definitions, sandboxes, prompt/skill libraries, eval suites and review gates.
- Convert recurring engineering tasks into repeatable, agent-run workflows and decide when tasks should remain manual.
- Ship product code across our stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Python, React Native, Java, Angular) when needed; integrate agents (Anthropic, Langraph) with product services.
- Investigate and debug complex, domain-specific failures that go beyond stack traces.
- Work closely with product, legal and operations to translate customer and regulatory requirements into buildable solutions.
- Drive architectural choices, document trade-offs, and communicate decisions clearly to cross-functional partners.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years building production web applications used by real customers.
- Strong TypeScript and Next.js skills; comfortable writing and reading Python.
- Practical experience shipping LLM-powered features and familiarity with agentic workflows and limitations.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication; able to explain technical trade-offs to non-engineers.
- Strong ownership mentality and a pragmatic approach to surfacing problems early.
- Curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a small team on complex, regulated domains.
- Nice to have: interest or experience in evals/observability/LLM-in-production tooling, regulated domains (immigration, legal, fintech), or product/UX sensibilities.
