Responsibilities:
- Build and ship full-stack features quickly: implement backend services and rich front-end interfaces for experimentation and product features.
- Operate and support production services with high call rates, ensuring reliability and low-latency user experiences.
- Design scalable architectures and contribute to system/algorithm improvements that serve millions of users.
- Collaborate closely with Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, and Data teams to deliver measurable product impact.
- Mentor new hires, participate in code reviews, and promote an impact-focused engineering culture.

Requirements:
- Minimum ~3 years of full-stack development experience with production deployments.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design for scalable services.
- Proven ability to build both front-end and back-end components and to reason about performance and availability.
- Experience debugging and operating high-call-rate systems; familiarity with monitoring and incident response.
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a bias for measurable impact.
