Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain software/firmware features for microcontroller-based systems with moderate supervision.
- Collaborate with hardware, QA and product teams to refine requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and performance issues using embedded debugging tools.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation; support product validation, manufacturing and field issue investigations.
- Contribute to improvements in development workflows, tooling and CI/CD processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in embedded firmware.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with microcontrollers (MCUs) and RTOS concepts.
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE) and debugging tools (JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analysers).
- Familiarity with version control, issue tracking and collaborative development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver quality results.
