Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Frontline Employees Database: consolidate employee/candidate profiles, access, shifts, time-off and operational data.
- Design, implement and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n (or similar low-code tools).
- Build and iterate internal UIs and forms in Retool; design PostgreSQL schemas and queries to support those interfaces.
- Integrate HR and enterprise systems (HiBob, Ashby, REST APIs, webhooks) with custom logic in Python or JavaScript.
- Test, troubleshoot and document workflows and systems; respond to support requests (~20% of time) and maintain runbooks.
- Turn MVP solutions into reliable internal products through iterative improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make or another low-code automation platform.
- Strong SQL skills and experience designing/working with PostgreSQL or relational databases.
- Experience building internal apps in Retool (or similar) and scripting in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, integration patterns, testing and error-handling practices.
- Proactive, independent problem solver with clear communication skills for international stakeholders.
- Comfortable working closely with HR, Operations and Support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
