Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain position, trade and PnL systems to ensure accuracy across all trading venues.
- Implement and refine hedging logic, Greeks, margin models and early-exercise calculations.
- Build risk views and monitoring that surface exposures for traders and risk teams.
- Partner closely with traders and researchers to validate models and data; support the desk in live trading.
- Deliver regulatory and internal reporting (PnL breakdowns, trade surveillance, treasury accounting).
- Operate and troubleshoot production systems; investigate discrepancies and implement fixes.

Requirements:
- Strong software engineering skills with professional Python experience.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Grafana (or similar observability/dashboarding tools).
- Quantitative background (Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or similar) and familiarity with financial concepts.
- Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills; attention to detail and high ownership.
- Clear communicator in English and able to work closely with traders and stakeholders.
- Prior trading/finance systems experience is a plus but not mandatory.
