Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize system software and runtime frameworks to run AI workloads efficiently on next-gen processors
- Implement low-level kernel and architecture-aware performance optimizations
- Design and implement parallel programming and distributed execution strategies
- Profile, analyse and tune workloads to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput and latency
- Integrate runtimes with AI frameworks (e.g., ONNX Runtime) and collaborate with hardware teams for efficient execution
- Contribute to packaging, deployment tooling and production debugging

Requirements:
- Mid: 4+ years professional experience; Senior: 8+ years professional experience
- Strong C/C++ skills and experience using Python for tooling and integration
- Deep familiarity with Linux environments, software profiling and performance optimization
- Solid knowledge of parallel programming concepts and workload analysis
- Senior role: assembly experience (RISC-V/RISC-V Vector), CUDA or ROCm, bare-metal programming and compiler toolchains (LLVM/GCC)
- Senior role: architecture-level performance tuning and experience building AI application stacks
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and fluent English; hybrid Barcelona location
